Interested in a property listed for e-auction? Here is how you can participate.
There is no online self-registration for bidders on eAuctions.co.in.
If you like any property, please go to the Dashboard where all properties are listed and click the "I am Interested" button on that property. The Authorised Officer will contact you shortly.
How It Works

Show Interest
Go to the Dashboard, find the property you like and click the "I am Interested" button with your correct details.

Officer Contacts You
The Authorised Officer will contact you shortly with the sale notice, terms and process details.

EMD & Documents
Deposit the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) and submit all required documents within the stipulated time.
4
Get Login & Bid
Qualified bidders receive their Login ID and Password from admin@eauctions.co.in to participate in the e-auction.
Liked a Property?
All properties available for e-auction are listed on the Dashboard. Open the property you like and click the "I am Interested" button. The Authorised Officer will contact you shortly.
